The check-in experience was excellent and smooth, deserving 5 stars. However, the room was average, so I rate it 3 stars. Unfortunately, the staff service was very poor and disappointing, getting only 1 star from me.

No Room service only self service, rooms are clean and neat. Lift is also available at this place.
