Stepping into the room, the immediate sense of cleanliness was a welcome assurance. The management for bedding was crisp and fresh, the towels were spotlessly clean, and the washroom was maintained in an impeccable state. The overall upkeep of the main room area, in terms of daily cleaning, deserves high praise. For travelers prioritizing a sanitized and tidy environment, this aspect of the stay certainly delivers. ​However, the property's aging infrastructure does show in a few key areas. The most noticeable issues were the room's aesthetic condition. The paint on the walls was chipped and scuffed, suggesting a need for a fresh coat, and the main cupboard looked dated and well-worn. These elements slightly detracted from the room's overall appeal. ​More critically, the air conditioning unit was clearly struggling, offering little in the way of cooling. In warmer months, this would undoubtedly be a major point of frustration for guests. ​Despite these shortcomings, a fortunate circumstance mitigated the most serious flaw: the weather was remarkably pleasant during my stay. The cool breezes meant the non-functioning AC became a non-issue. Considering the very reasonable per-day charges for the accommodation, the overall experience was good value. While future guests might want to confirm the AC's working status, for a budget-friendly option with guaranteed cleanliness, it's a solid choice. The positive points decisively outweigh the minor maintenance required, making it a fair deal for the price
