I had a good experience staying at this hotel overall. 1. Smooth Check-In Process: I booked my room through the reception number, and the check-in process was hassle-free. 2. Supportive Staff: The hotel staff was very accommodating and allowed me to check in late at 1 AM due to my office work. Their cooperation was much appreciated. 3. Comfortable Stay: During my summer visit, the air conditioning worked perfectly, making the stay comfortable despite the heat. However, there are areas that need improvement: 1. Room Keys: The keys to the room were not provided, which was inconvenient and should be addressed. 2. Internet Availability: While the overall experience was good, ensuring 24/7 internet access would make the stay even better for business travelers like me. Despite these minor issues, I would recommend this hotel for its good service and comfort for affordable price.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free, earning a well-deserved 5 stars. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, leaving me impressed and satisfied, yet another 5 stars. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met, providing excellent service throughout my stay, hence they also deserve 5 stars. Highly recommended! good
