Staff - 5 stars: The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. Check-in experience - 5 stars: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, making me feel valued as a guest. Food - 1 star: Unfortunately, the food at the hotel did not meet my expectations. The taste and quality were disappointing, and I would recommend exploring dining options outside the hotel.

The hotel has impeccable cleanliness, making it a delight to stay. However, the amenities are lacking. Nonetheless, the check-in experience was top-notch. Overall, a wonderful stay!
