This was without doubt the worst hospitality experience I have ever had. The manager and owner was incredibly unhelpful and rude. They refused to provide a written receipt of any payments for rooms that we had to pay for in full in cash before we were able to check in. Even at checkout they could not provide a receipt despite having asked for 5 days. I was appalled by the way we were treated as guests. The rooms were full of cockroaches, my matrass had the sharp end of a spring sticking out of the edge which could easily have cut my leg and the food is terrible.

Quiet and composed ambience. The hotel rooms are well maintained, bathrooms impeccably clean. The complimentary breakfast here is freshly done and delicious, the order menu is likewise. It's a 10 minute walk to Betalbatim beach. Betalbatim is a clean and serene, relatively lesser explored beach than the other beaches of Goa. At a convenient distance from the airport/railway station. Staff is very hospitable and service is prompt and quite thorough. The hotel is rather isolated so it depends on personal preferences. If you are particular on privacy, it's ideal. If you're looking for a place more a buzz, it could be a con factor.
