The room is clean and pleasant.The hotel staff charged 850rs while doing the check-in and he mentioned that the price details of the total is not updated in the booking.com portal and I contacted the booking.com support also for the extra charge claim, but we couldn’t get the refund Also there is no hot water facility in the hotel, so we are completely disappointed.
