I was having booking for two days, when I visited property the rude Manager was saying from OYO booking they dont provide room, you call customer care, after talking to customer care executives they agreed to give Non Ac Room instead of AC one. After again Call from Customer Care Executive they again agree to Provide AC Room, During Document Verification The Manager was saying the ID Card Addhar is not Valid, He just harrassed us, as he didn't want to give room to us as the tarrif that I booked from OYO is too less, so he just saying no, ata the same time with same our ID cards, in presence The OYO AGM Mr Ganesh Tripathi, in another hotel we dont have to face any problem, But my Money that paid online via OYO App got wasted, and there AGM is not agree to provided us the refund. Next time I wont book rooms through OYO,
