

I booked room at 12 am midnight, i reached at 12:30 am and i paid money online also but reception boy who is allocating rooms saying there is no rooms. All are filled. I asked him then why showing in oyo app and why they are taking money. He is telling if you want to complain to oyo you can but we dont have rooms now. After some arguments he started his own business like we have only suid rooms available now. If you can pay extra money (200) to me i will allot room. So i have to becoz the time and full cold weather i paid. and finally he is telling dint tell to any one.
