The staff were friendly and helped with everything I needed. The room was clean and cozy with nice wooden floors. I felt relaxed during my stay. The location is very convenient and easy to find. It is close to many attractions in Trivandrum. The only minor issue was that my request took a bit longer to be addressed but the staff apologized and made sure I was satisfied afterward. Amenities ne impress kar diya. I enjoyed the parking facility as well. This place is a good option for the price. Would definitely stay here again.
