I have booked oyo 1st time, and I got the best hotel in less amount, I got the issue with payment at time of check in with the hotel manager, I have played extra 800 rupees to hotel excluding with online payment to oyo, I have complained oyo regarding extra amount and they resolve my issue with in the 5 days, excellent communication of oyo with customer and friendly nature, thak you oyo for returning my extra paid amount I give the 5 stars for the oyo hospitality.
