Must never pay in Oyo app , direct payment which there are looking for, manager declined to give me room and asking for extra money,later I have to contact customer service executive has tried contacting them they ignored calls nor even were ready to speak to us , later executive has arranged another room in another location,this was my first the worst experience.
The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay at the hotel pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the check-in experience was smooth and efficient. Overall, a 5-star experience for me!
