The worst hotel ever I have seen. The owner is so rude.. we came the first time to the udaipur and we booked this hotel. First we got the room which was so dirty the linen were so stained, the glasses had something inside itself. the mirror was so stained. They don't focus on hygiene and cleanness. we call them to change our room but we got the another room same as like earlier one. we really didn't want to stay there. everything was so messy. we were so uncomfortable there the mattress was so inappropriate. We were not getting good vibes there. we went to reception and asked them for checkout. The owner denied us to do checkout formalities and denied us for refund. He was focused on money instead of guest satisfaction. We tried to talk to him but he was soo rude and misbehaving. I won't recommend others to stay in his hotel.
