Although the hotel was lacking a lot of basic facilities like they didn't have ashtrays and even dustbins in the room. Mattress wasn't comfortable too. But still I rated it 5 or excellent because of the staff only. The manager/front desk person was the best attendant I ever came across with. Even the owner of the hotel is very cooperative and helping.
