The check-in experience was disappointing with a lack of efficiency and longer wait time. However, the food was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. The amenities were decent, but could have been better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with room for improvement.

Excellent stay! Room was spotless and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and staff very courteous. Location is perfect, close to everything. Truly a five-star experience all around. Highly recommend this hotel!
