1. The Front Desk: The warm welcome started the moment I stepped into the lobby. Check-in was effortless, quick, and remarkably personalized. The front desk team didn't just hand over a key card; they took the time to ensure every detail of our room preferences was honored instantly. 2. Housekeeping: Impeccable attention to detail! The room wasn't just clean—it was spotless, beautifully fragrant, and refreshed twice a day. Coming back to a perfectly turned-down bed and crisp linens after a long day felt like a true luxury. You can tell this team takes massive pride in their work. 3. Dining & Restaurant Staff: The culinary team and floor staff deserve a standing ovation. Every meal was a highlight, from the fresh, expansive breakfast spread to curated dinner options. The restaurant team was attentive without being intrusive, remembered my coffee orders and catered effortlessly to dietary needs. It’s rare to find a property where every single department operates at 100% capacity and warmth, but this hotel nails it seamlessly. Huge thank you to the entire staff for making this trip so memorable. Thankyou once again 🙏
⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) Great Property with Good Cleanliness, Needs Improvement in Service* Stayed at The Sunday Hotel and Convention Centre. It's a great hotel with big and spacious property. *Rooms:* Room cleanliness is good, well maintained and comfortable. *Food:* We had dinner at the hotel. Ordered Dal Khichda, Fried Rice, Paneer Gravy with Chapati. Taste was decent and good. *Service - Needs Improvement:* Staff behaviour is a bit rude and room service is very slow. My AC was not working at night. I called them twice. After 20-30 minutes they sent a guy. He fixed it in just 10 minutes more. The issue was fixed quickly, but response time was slow. Overall it was a good stay. Hotel is great, if they improve staff behaviour and make service a bit faster, it will be a 5-star experience.
