To be honest, my experience was really good but I had a few issues. Firstly the good things- The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff is polite and well-mannered. The location was also good and properly civilized. Room service was on time. The tea/coffee was yumm. Issues I faced- One door knob wasn't working on the room's main gate. The bathroom couldn't lock from inside due to a broken knob. The air freshener in the bathroom was empty. Someone else's brush was there. These are some issues which might be fixed to make the stay better for all the guests. If required, my room number was 503.
The staff are polite and well receiving compared to last year experience. nThe room are a little small but everything works as expected from decent hotel in hyderabad. nThis is from oyo but far better than others in the West hyderabad.Room size is smallnThe bed linen could be improved they are outdated
