Staff behavior was ok, but not exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement. The check-in experience was average. Overall, an average stay.

The check-in experience could have been better, but the cleanliness and location of the hotel were commendable. The staff needs to improve their efficiency at check-in. Overall, the hotel was decent and conveniently located.
