worst experience!My booking was not honoured and the hotel refused to check me in unless I paid extra money to what I had already paid online as requested by OYOrnrnI was stranded and in lot of anxiety...it was one of the worst travel experience. I would request OYO to put some safety measures for guests who are denied check in. This sets a horrible example for OYO experience. rnrnIt was my first booking with OYO and will PROBABLY not consider booking it again nor will recommend to others in the near future. Kindly refund my money.
