I was here with family and checked in since the bus back to Mumbai was not scheduled for another 2-3 hours. The check in was seamless and efficient and the rooms were slightly better than expectation. The most important thing was how helpful and polite the check in staff was ... It's unfortunate that I missed to ask him his name. We also ordered some room service and the food was quite good ... please be sure to ask in advance that they only put in 2 million chilies as against the 4.9 million they put in our biryanis ... but I guess thats the culinary outlook in Hyderabad. The neighborhood is nice, calm, residential and the main road where the out of town buses leave from is only a 2-3 minute walk away. They have their own restaurant too.
