The stay is really good, but the management needs to be reformed, one of the staff who is supposed to be the front office executive was so drunk that he was abusing his wife in front of the guests, the owner seems to be pretty good but needs more improvement towards hospitality

The cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible. Overall, a decent stay. The manager was very much helpful and he cooperative and the staff is also very good.
