The check-in experience was not satisfactory. There was a long waiting time and the staff seemed disorganized. The amenities were also lacking, with no gym or spa facilities. The food options were limited and the taste was average. However, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Amenities were good and cleanliness was good too. It's a decent budget hotel, worth the price. They could improve the service quality little bit. Overall, a satisfying stay.
