Checkin experience was outstanding, staff was very polite and helpful. Cleanliness was good, but the room could have been cleaner. Staff was friendly and attentive throughout the stay. But room provided was not AC and I had to call customer support for refund.

The checkin experience was seamless and efficient. The amenities provided were top-notch. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, although I would have preferred it to be slightly larger. Overall, a fantastic stay at the hotel. Highly recommended!
