The check-in experience at this hotel was absolutely excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the process smooth and efficient. However, the cleanliness of the hotel room was disappointing. The room needed a thorough cleaning as there were noticeable stains and dusty surfaces. The room itself was decent, but it could use some updates and improvements. Overall, a mixed experience but the check-in made up for the shortcomings.
