An elegant, fashionable, yet comfortable little hotel. The service was just excellent - kind without being obtrusive… everyone we encountered anticipated needs before we voiced them. Excellent location. Lovely decor. Great breakfast options. The shower was perfect, and the bed was quite comfortable. It was dead quiet at night. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say that wouldn’t be nitpicking. It’s a perfect place to stay in Florence and I would make a point to stay here again if I’m in the area.
