The staff were really friendly and helped me with everything I needed. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. I liked the wooden floors and the central heating made it nice during the cooler nights. Bathroom ekdum saaf tha which was a big plus for me. I did notice some dust on the shelves but the staff were quick to assist and made sure I was comfortable. The parking was convenient and easy to access. This place is a good option for the price. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Mumbai.
