The hotel's location was absolutely amazing, providing breathtaking views and easy access to nearby attractions. However, the check-in experience was quite disappointing, as it took longer than expected. The food at the hotel was also not up to the mark, lacking in taste and variety. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's prime location made up for it, earning it a 4-star rating.

The staff at the hotel was outstanding. They were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
