The check-in experience was impeccable, the staff had a warm welcome and everything was done swiftly. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to attractions. The food at the hotel was outstanding, with a wide variety of options and impeccable taste. A five-star experience indeed.

Checkin experience was average, could have been smoother. However, the hotel staff made up for it with their warm and friendly approach. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient too. Overall, a great stay!
