My experience with this hotel was not good. 1.The room which they provided me was not cleaned and the floors were sticky. 2.The water heater was not working and upon complaint also they didn't even come and check, I had to bath with the cold water early morning. 3.Bedsheets were not changed and gave a reason that laundry men didn't come. 4.They ask us to order food from the landline provide in the room but the landline is not working and I had to go down and order food. 5.Food is full of oil 6.Water bottle mrp is 20 rupees but they charge 30 rupees 7.Only positive thing about this hotel is it near to nagpur railway station at a walkable diatance. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.
