The room was fantastic, cozy and well-maintained. However, the check-in experience was really disappointing and amenities were not up to the mark. Despite these drawbacks, the room made up for it and I had a great stay overall.

The checkin experience was quite smooth and staff was welcoming. The food served was delicious and had a good variety to choose from. The location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible. Overall, a pleasant stay.
