Despite a disappointing check-in experience, room and location, I am happy to rate this hotel with 5 stars. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room service was prompt and efficient and the amenities provided were top-notch. The hotel's excellent facilities and delicious food made up for the initial setbacks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I am highly impressed with the cleanliness, location, and check-in experience of this hotel. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located in a prime area which made it easy for me to explore the city. The check-in process was seamless and the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Overall, a fantastic experience!
