Great locationThe staff were amazing! Our friend was ill, and they kindly helped with an improved single bed in our room for her, and were very kind. They allowed us to keep our bags with them before and after check out just for the day. They went above and beyond what was expected so thank you! The location was also really good.The corridor was in need of a little tlc, and the room was a little bellow how nice we thought it would be, and it did smell of cigarettes a tad, but overall good experience!
My OYO stay was a mixed experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with basic amenities provided. However, the check-in process was a bit slow, and communication with staff was challenging. The location was convenient, but noise from neighboring rooms was a drawback. On the positive side, the pricing was reasonable. Overall, OYO offers a budget-friendly option for travelers, but improvements in service efficiency and noise control would enhance the guest experience.
