The first room they gave was without lock and a disgusting room with dampness and smells like alcohol spill over everywhere. The next day they gave a better room though as they promised but still no window in a room. The staffs were good so kinda okayish

It was an amazing experience staying at this hotel! The amenities were top-notch, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. 5 stars all the way!
