Hotel staff's behaviour was very polite and Mr.Muzammil was very helpful. He guided us on our trip. Food taste was good. Bed was provided with bed heaters. Only problem I faced was there was power cut down for 2-3hrs from 8:00pm onwards but there was a emergency light back-up available for lighting. Could not use TV and Geyser and bed heaters during power failure. Overall experience was good.

We booked through booking.com, the location was perfect for traveling to various places within Srinagar and also for day trips to nearby cities. The manager was a good person, helped us planning our trip and arranging the return trip to the airport.
