A hotel whispers "welcome" not just with plush interiors, but with seamless service. It's the attentive staff anticipating your needs, the smile lighting up a forgotten towel request, the concierge weaving magic with local secrets. Good service hums in the background, orchestrating comfort like a silent symphony. It's the extra blanket offered on a chilly night, the problem solved before it becomes a whisper, the genuine effort to make your stay a symphony of delight. It's anticipating a late arrival with a warm meal, remembering an allergy while crafting a delicious menu, and turning "just another business trip" into a cherished memory. Good service isn't about extravagance, it's about invisible hands crafting moments of care, ensuring every guest leaves not just rested, but truly touched. In a world of fleeting encounters, good hotel service leaves a lasting impression, etched in the warmth of a genuine "thank you"
The service was good however the room has rats in them. Otherwise the saty was good but was able to see rats in every room it is very scary to wake up and see rats everywhere in the room
