I recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall experience average with good potential for improvement. Positive aspects: The location of the hotel is convenient and well-connected. Staff members were polite and cooperative. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Room size was decent and basic amenities were available. Areas that need improvement: Cleanliness: Room cleaning standards need to be improved, especially bathrooms and bed linen. Daily housekeeping should be more thorough. Room Maintenance: Some fixtures (lights, switches, or plumbing) require maintenance. Regular inspection of rooms before guest check-in is recommended. Food Quality & Variety: Breakfast options were limited and repetitive. Improving taste, hygiene, and menu variety would enhance the guest experience.
