firstly before checkin, I called at hotel and they asked me to cancel my booking due to broken tap in bathroom. I could not cancel because of late information so I asked them to do alternate arrangements for me. upon checkin, I was given 3 rooms in same hotel on 4th floor, electricity gone in evening and there was no backup. bathrooms were not functional, toilet was not having jet, there was no towel, only paper soap was provided. Overall it was a bad experience to stay and whole family suffered.
