Check in experience was really good. The receptionist was a good human being and heplful too. The room is quite good 4/5*. Cleanliness was not bad . I'm scared of AC but that AC was working. Washroom was vvery clean but the shower was not working. I was facing an issue but the staff helped us to solve that. The food quality was delicious 🤤. There was full privacy in the hotel. I recommend to you all , please go to O Heritage and spend your quality time.

Checkin experience was good, although we waited for an hour until 12pm. Staffs are extremely polite and decent. The location of the hotel is good with easy access to nearby attractions. We didnt avail the food service as it was pricy. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.
