The check-in experience was satisfactory, although it could have been smoother. The room met my expectations, nothing extraordinary but comfortable enough. However, I must applaud the hotel for its excellent amenities. Overall, a pleasant stay. The rooms I booked were 3 but manager has adjusted in one and provided additional wash room

The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcomed right away. However, the cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, with some areas needing more attention. On the bright side, the amenities provided were excellent, exceeding my expectations. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor hiccups.good sarvice 👍
