The check-in experience was flawless, the staff was efficient and welcoming. However, the cleanliness standards of the hotel were disappointing, with unclean rooms and facilities. The location of the hotel was also far from the main attractions, which was inconvenient. Overall, despite the cleanliness and location issues, the check-in experience was exceptional.
