We stayed at Super Townhouse Hills Palace, Ooty for 2 nights with our family by booking 3 rooms. Overall, it was a very good and value-for-money stay in the heart of Ooty city. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. Since it is located in the city centre, everything was easily accessible. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the staff behaviour and service were good throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the complimentary breakfast promised in the booking voucher was also provided properly. We faced a geyser issue in one room, but the staff rectified it quickly, which was appreciated. Parking facility was good, the restaurant food was good too, though it could have more varieties and the pricing felt slightly high. WiFi was average. A few areas can still be improved. The geyser hot water capacity was very less, and there was no kettle in the rooms. Since we had elders and kids with us, we had to walk to the reception/restaurant frequently to get hot water. Also, one restroom had a mild smell issue which was informed but not attended. Other than these minor issues, the stay was comfortable and definitely worth the price. For the rate we paid, this was probably one of the best stays we could get in Ooty city centre. Overall rating: 4.4/5 ⭐
