Location in a lively street within the White TownQuite well located, 1km to the beach and 1 km to a very beautiful fish/veg/flower market, 1 km to the bus station, very close to pleasant quieter streets to walk to the centrenThe room was bigger than 9m2, around 12m2nIt is located in a busy street, Indian part of the town, but most rooms were from the back and relatively quiet.No window, only a small one going to a ventilation duct. Received a different room than booked. Booked a room with a window, and a view in the description nUnpleasant chemical smell in the bathroomnVery few restaurants around, the only one we saw was opening around 12. Needed to walk 1 km to a restaurantnThe lift was not working from the ground floor, only from reception level in the 1st floor

Beautiful stay!Hotel Townhouse White Town Near Rock Beach formerly Prakasam Residency is a perfect place to stay in Pondicherry. It is close to the center and the railway station. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into here again. The price performance ratio is very good.".Nothing
