Perfect budget hotelThe staff is a delight. We came in a bit pissed because of our long long travels, and they stayed so nice and friendly. And also the following days their energy really added to our stay. Thank you for that.nnKeep in mind, it is a budget hotel. The pictures are accurate in what the rooms contain, but be aware that eg the rooms, entrance hall and staircase are very basic and there are construction materials lying around (not in the rooms of course). Some rooms have only a small window that doesn’t open. We preferred this one since it was well maintained and the other room was at the busy street side (yet every street in India is busy to our opinion :) ).The area is not that great to be honest. It’s a 10min walk from the bus station, so that’s nice, but for the city, restaurants, bars, monuments you will always need a drive. Consider renting a bike or figuring out the metro system.nnEverything was clean, yet make sure to wash out the shower buckets. They felt slimy.
Brilliant value for money. Lovely big clean well-ventilated rooms with air-conditioning. Staff were super friendly and so helpful. Nothing was too much of an ask. Honestly some of the nicest hotel staff we've come across since arriving in India 2 months ago. Location is perfect, only a 20 minute walk to the Old City and there is a metro in close proximity to take you there instead if you'd rather. Very close to lots of restaurants and nice atmosphere in the evening outside the hotel, with lots of food stalls operating.Nothing
