They refused to give room

Had a terrible experience. Booked a room after seeing the photos and the listing clearly showed that breakfast was complimentary. However, I was given a completely different and substandard room at a higher price. The room didn’t even have basic amenities like a bath towel. No windows and ventilation as shown in photos. I had to go out and buy bath towels separately. On top of that, the complimentary breakfast that was shown on all major booking sites was not provided. This is a clear case of cheating by the booking platforms.
