Bad receptionist, Good Food, Average amenities. The online booking was smooth, but as soon we reached the hotel for check-in the receptionist asked 500 more. He asked saying the hotel tariff is 1300 but oyo has not updated it and asked me to call oyo and get it fixed. He assumed I wouldn’t call oyo as it is a hassle and just pay them. As soon as they saw me calling oyo they asked to cut the call and allotted me a room. Now knowingly they gave me a very laid back room. The room was in the corner so no signal of wifi, the door lock was not working properly. As it was just for one night lay off so i bare with it. One good thing was the in house restaurant. The food was really good and the restaurant staff were nice. Overall not much trouble but be aware of the receptionist’s scam!!
The rook was excellent.ijav stayed there for 2nights food was so hygenic and staff members are so polite.the staff members will talk to us in polite way i liked that because while doing the businesss the main thing is we need good manner,the bathroom was also so cleanwd,wifi connection a ailable,lift service,they will provide good service finally i say room was excellent
