I had a wonderful check-in experience at this hotel, deserving of a 5-star rating. The staff was attentive and efficient. However, the food was not provided, I was atleast expecting a complimentary breakfast which was well desired, earning a disappointing 1-star rating. The amenities provided were average, earning a 3-star rating. Overall, a decent stay at this hotel.

Rooms are small but good enough for someone who is just halting for a small time. The Bagdogra airport is very close, which was my main reason for selection. Cleanliness is on the lower side. Also, price is quite low which is soft on the pocket for an AC room.
