I have stayed in the exactly same room shown in the picture located at the top floor of the hotel. Really nice rooms, wooden walls, Kashmiri curtains gives exotic look. Budgeted Hotel. Location is good, as just behind hotel 150 meter away river is flowing and semi jungle starts. Don't expect much hi-fi services.
