The room was average, not up to the mark for a 4 star hotel. The check-in process was average, nothing extraordinary. The staff was helpful but could have been more attentive. Overall, an average experience.

Room wasn't clean enough.tv and AC isn't working. otherwise everything was so so.. Also they've washroom in their balcony..
