The check-in experience was disappointing, but the food and room made up for it. The staff at the reception seemed disorganized and uninterested. However, the delicious food and cozy room made our stay enjoyable. Overall, a decent experience at this hotel.

The food was scrumptious, with a wide variety of delectable options. The amenities provided were top-notch, meeting all my needs and more. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. Five stars all the way!
