The hotel/rooms are good with hygiene. But I have issue with hotel management & OYO, so I just wanted my payment invoice/bill/receipt. But both were not able to provide me normal bill in pdf or other printable format. They just send email. How am I suppose to submit this for reimbursement. It is just basic common sense.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, earning a solid 4-stars. The food was absolutely delicious, deserving of a full 5-star rating. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, earning a respectable 4-stars. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
