I am very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free, earning a well-deserved 5 star rating. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delightful, offering a great variety of dishes that satisfied my taste buds. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire property. Overall, a fantastic experience deserving of a 5-star rating.

The check-in experience was quite disappointing, as staff seemed unorganized and slow. The cleanliness of the hotel also left much to be desired, with dusty surfaces and a lingering odor. The room was also below expectations, with worn-out furniture and outdated decor. Overall, not the best experience, but the staff tried their best to make up for it.
